“NurseCon at Sea is more than just a conference—it’s a movement. We created this experience because nurses deserve more than dry lectures in corporate centers. They deserve an event that fuels their passion, connects them with a supportive community, and reminds them why they fell in love with nursing in the first place. It’s a space where every nurse, no matter their background, degree, or specialty, can come together to learn, grow, and just let loose. Seeing nurses form lifelong friendships, celebrate their hard work, and even turn this into an annual tradition is what makes it so special. It’s not just an event—it’s a culture, and it’s entirely built by the incredible nurses who join us year after year.” – Nurse Blake
